My ear gauges arrived And I put them in and it broke instantly! 😩😭

It looked dirty when I opened the package. The outside and inside.
The bottom of the hat where Rutgers is spelled out was not as white as I thought it would be.
I put Neutral because, I didn’t know whose fault it was.
The seller did ask me to send him pictures through the eBay email system. But I didn’t see a way to attach pictures.
So I am attaching them here.
On a side note. It makes no sense to have the R on it as I would have to stuff the hat so it stands up.
