I purchased 4 large frames from this seller. They were shipped and delivered quickly and were exactly as pictured -- very ornate and beautiful. Unfortunately, many of the frames were damaged during transit by the carriers to the point where the outside box was crushed and had holes on both sides of it. Seller was extremely responsive and shipped out the replacements right away. I would not hesitate to order from this seller again!!! A++++++++
