- *****- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseFast delivery. Look good. I compared the 19mm one to a 1980's Sidchrome ring spanner on a 19mm hex key. Sidchrome had negligible slop, the Sedy had lots. Maybe the Sedy uses "wall drive" (which may only be a marketing term to sell sloppy spanners, rather than the claimed reduced risk of rounding a bolt head). :)

However, on notifying seller was asked to repack product in original packaging to return. A return label was emailed to me and a pickup by courier organized. The ladders were collected by courier, returned to seller and new ones re-sent to me within a few days. Could not fault this seller in any way. Great customer service all round. Thanks.

After payment, they send a message requesting additional funds to post the item. Excuses were given about the size of the item and shipping cost being more. However if this was a genuine error, they would have changed the listing. Now even after 2 weeks, the listing still shows the original price for the item with shipping. Very dishonest practices used by this seller. I would avoid them in the future.
