shipped in a soft plastic bag , one bag of tea have burst so tea spoiled in the shipping bag. Silver needle tea and West lake longjing with most leaves broken ending in powder, that coming from China.and the Oolong well packed from Taiwan mostly preserved also for it's shape it's less sensitive.Not much difference of price with better handling and quality SO it's not worth it. move away from them as tea provider.

The tea is listed as top grade and i received a very low grade instead. Pictures are generic and idealized whilst the leaves i received are very old and zero fragrance and taste. The return label i received from seller is useless as it cannot be used with any north american postal services or courriers. I required a full refund immediately but paying the return shippung fees to China is not economical. The description of the item is misleading in purpose. Very unhappy buyer. Avoid!
