Make sure to check battery level before each use. Turning it off (of course) between uses helps. Bluetooth usage sucks battery of both the earphones and the device it will be used with. Seems like it can only be used on one device at time (can't link to multiple devices). Read directions so you know the 'how to's' - it's simple, but trying to just jump into it will just take you more time to understand it. It does not absolutely block out all noise, which is fine if you are running outside and need to be aware of your surroundings (don't want anyone sneaking up on you or anything). Armband is handy - can turn it inside-out so it is either an armband or just a carry pouch. I appreciate the multi-functional aspect of that. The computer power cord is short but otherwise similar to all [non-Apple] device cords we plug in with lately. The sole purpose for me getting this is for working out, so I am only connecting it to my IPod. I know the battery level before I start, can easily skip a song, adjust volume- just a nice, simple headphone WITHOUT wires. Very happy.Read full review

I ended up buying two backbeat fits and neither one would accept a charge (trying several usb/micro usb cords and wall chargers). The products were purchase from two different sellers and both never powered up! After the fact I discovered that I wasn’t an anomaly, and that the Plantronics Facebook page was deluged with complaints describing the exact same problems. Too bad because I really liked the flexible back material and comfortable, secure fit.

Not too loud, I keep the volume at mid level while running and streaming music so I can aslo hear what's going on around me. Battery life is fine for my morning exercise routine I charge it once every 4 days. For conference calls use seems a bit short. I had two, 2 hour calls and it started to die. Within 8 minutes it was completly dead (but it did give notification as it as dying). I didn't realize it would die so quickly. One ear piece was loose and popped off when it arrived, I pop it back on but have to be cautious when I remove it from my ear, and carefully put it back in the bag, not haphazardly toss it into my gymbag with ropes, shoes, and water bottles in it. All in all, I love it and it meets my need for an athletic wireless ear device.

Had problems with it but plantronics replaced it quickly. Not as loud as I would like but ok. Design seems good but we'll have to see how well it stands up to sweat. Overall pretty happy. You really should download plantronics hub app.

These headphones have an excellent fit, sound great, and work better than any other wireless headphones I have tried. I read some reviews about how the sound was not so good due to the lack of noise isolation, however this is not the case with my experience. The sound quality is great, fit perfectly and comfortably, and the microphone works well. While running I had no problems. If I could find a complaint it would be that you have to push hard on the buttons which can be a little uncomfortable while in your ears.
