My local bike had hooked me up with a tubeless setup on my 29er with Reynolds Carbon wheels. One huge problem, the stems were too short to put a regular Presta pump head on. I could put air in with a Presta adapter and my compressor. Long story short, these look great, they work and they're long enough for me to get my pump on them. Love the plastic collar that goes on the inside part of the rim.

Seals up really easily with just finger tights torque. Red color adds a bit of bling.

Been exclusively tubeless since 2001 and prefer these style of valves with a metal bottom and replaceable gasket. You can cinch them down tighter and the gasket/oring is more pliable and seals better than a rubber overmold gasket. These also come with a plastic washer that make it even easier to crank the nut down without grinding it into your rim. 15 years ago Bontrager made a brass version for $3, that is why I rated as a not a good value and these are probably the more expensive valve stems out there.

IF you have a relatively flat sealing surface on the rim, the large base ring seals well, the small ring prevents the locknut from loosening. No issues with removing or installing the core, and work well in service. I'll use them again.

These will not work with all types of rims, some rim channels are flat and some curved. Many makers of rims have specific tubless valves stems designed for their rims. Rubber cement or shoe goo around the sides can make any stem not leak if needed!
