Delivery was fine & arrived as shown. It was an individually wrapped A1 (soft) mouth guard for top & bottom teeth. I tried a top guard last year for my bruxism & my mouth was sore in the mornings. After using this one, I got t the same result. Everyone’s experience will be different. Perhaps after my dental work when my teeth aren’t so sensitive, it will be useful.
