Genuine Briggs Parts
My old coil was intermittently dying on me so I replaced it... First I tried a cheap knock-off version and it literally lasted about 2-3 minutes before going flat dead (you get what you pay for)... So I ordered the genuine B&S coil and it has worked flawlessly... My mower now starts quicker, runs smoother, and feels like it has a lot more power... ... ... Briggs Twin Opposed replacement ignition module
Although it looks completely different than the original OEM module, this module bolts right on and works good. Care must be taken to orient it correctly, it is labelled right on the module so if you watch out, you will install it correctly. Otherwise you will not have any spark at all. Good value for the money spent.
