Although it was "new" It is not OEM. it is a generic replacement remote that was falsely branded. It does not perform all the necessary functions of an OEM original remote and should be advertised as a generic replacement remote not as a new remote. I give the seller positive review for promp service but will still have to purchase an OEM remote
