Item didn't arrive on time- sent to wrong address ( I solved it after being on phone to post office for 1 hour and a half.. then , item came damaged. I was told by seller[ Debra) that I need to contact post office again and get insurance refund.... I have physical disabilities that make it very hard for me to fix these things . Debra in no way offered to help. I'm sure she has written negative feedback about me too. 😶🤐🙏🏿

Address was correct, Australia post left in a safe place, They will not let the seller know where it has been left.
