The item appeared to be new in the package upon receiving it. However, there was a small part of it that was damaged. I contacted the seller and they asked how they can make it better. I asked them to replace the damage part. They then told me I could not return it because the box was opened and not in new condition anymore. It was only a $14 part on an item that was supposed to be brand new. I then sent several more messages the last one asking if they were ignoring me. no response.

Seller advertised a different model of jigsaw 6.5A, and sent me model of jigsaw 5.5A, a step lesser tool, and off course cheaper in price. In communication , seller said it was my issue. Seller would not adjust the price, asking me to send it back , but would not provide shipping label. Very disappointed with this experience.
