Before any comments you left you should've reached out to me for a replacement even thought being broken is the post offices fault as items are packaged in a bubble wrap mailer. and obviously would not send a broken. so why you hold me accountable is ridiculous. and a simple email to me would have gotten a replacement sent out asap

I never recieved my hat, but apparently it was a postal service issue that had nothing to do with anything this seller had control over. Communication was great and seller resolved problem and took a personal loss on this transaction which most sellers would never even try. If you need anything this seller has to offer, use them!
