I never even received the item and on checking the tracking number, clearly stated it was returned to sender by their request. (Photos included). I have no idea why anyone would do this but it was confirmed as a sender request when I spoke to Australia post. I don’t like being placed in a situation where it says I received a package (from eBay) simply because it was “delivered”. Seller became flippant and argumentative and tried to blame me. AVOID !.Reply from: ygau2010- Feedback replied by seller ygau2010.- Feedback replied by seller ygau2010.Package did return to us because a missing label, and we were happy for a replacement or refund. We DIDNOT request a return from Post. Make no sense for a seller to do so.Follow-up from: a***a- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.This has been investigated by eBay. Ebay agrees that there is an issue with this Seller. Seller has accused me again of "making a false statement", in a "revision request" that amounts to nothing more than bullying. I have stated the events as they happened and have also supplied photographs to backup my negative feedback. The Seller stated they can't request a parcel return once sent but this is not correct. Aus Post can do this if requested and the item has a tracking number.
