Turned out I had to take the plastic cover off to get the buttons on the circuit board to work, and I finally figured out how to pair it. And I eventually get that it has a battery in it and the USB is just for charging. One big problem is the included tiny manual sheet would need a microscope to read it.

I had concerns about delivery based on the seller’s feedback and negative feedback left by other buyers but the seller was in communication with me. My only issue was that when I received notification that the item had been shipped I was given a fake usps tracking number that didn’t exist with usps and the seller told me that items that small don’t receive tracking but they didn’t explain why I was given a usps fake tracking number to begin with.
