    It arrived with no damage to the box and was in perfect condition, however It took around a week to arrive and I would of liked it to of arrived quicker. But overall I am happy with the service.

    You bought the Re-railer on Thursday evening at 8:20 pm, the evening before the four day Easter Bank Holiday. Royal Mail's next collection day was 22nd April. We posted it on 22nd April and Royal Mail collected it just before 5 pm and it was delivered on 24th April at 1:03 pm, so less than 2 days later. When you bought the item it was advertised as dispatch within 2 working days, so we were not required to dispatch it until the 24th, which is when it was delivered, so you got it 2 days 'early'.
