I don't have any problems with the seller. But this speaker is not a good at all. It says it is 300 Watt. But my 20 Watt TV Speakers are louder than this. It has volume control of up to 30 levels. But up to 20 level you can't even here anything from 1m. Yes I have tried different phone with full volume and Bluetooth and through direct 3.5mm supplied cable. It feels I have wasted money on this.
