Seller said that the frame broke when he was handling the art for shipment. He did ask if I wanted a refund, but I wanted this art piece and made plans to reframe. Requested the print be rolled for shipment. Item arrived in a picture frame box but glass was rattling around. Opened the box to find the print, matting and glass insert had been taped together and shipped. Do to the lack of foam reinforcements, the glass broke. In order to retrieve print, it was dangerous to separate the glass shards
