    Pretty good now. Recommend you to have a try.

    I think in the beginning there were a lot of hiccup for this product. But I think now it is pretty easy to set up and use. The faceplate come with the unit vastly superior compare to my existing one in terms of look and it is very easy to install. I suspect some of the existing issue is due to wifi strength, and I have a wifi mesh set up so my device were all connected all the time. I have in total about 10 c by ge smart switches installed and the result is mostly satisfying. Plus you will be amazed how much qualify of life it can improve when you make your stair and entry way light motion sensing.

    Absolutely worhtless

    Several huge fails: 1. Every time it kicks on for motion it defaults to 100% brightness, regardless of what you have it set to. 2. Once you dim the lights... and they are ON... it will increase them to 100% brightness when it detects motion again 3. You can’t change the time the lights stay on after motion is gone. 4. Using LED bulbs, (with dimmable LED/Incandescent option selected in options) the lights stay on just a tiny bit. Overall surprisingly poor execution for a company this large. Absolutely no excuse.

    Best smart switch I have used so far

    As of January 2021 most issues shared in the past have been resolved. Good quality product, motion sensor turned light on using preset brightness based on time of day (night, morning, afternoon and evening), can set timeout period after which the light turns off if no motion is detected, and brightness doesn't reset after manually changing it and motion is detected.

    Disappointed

    The app doesn’t work well. You have to log out and back in all the time. Several features do not work. Spoke to rep for over an hour and all three items do BOT work as advertised
