Got the mechanic in to remove old one and replace. Then discover they have sent COMPLETELY the wrong alternator. Contacted the seller and got 1 response and then NOTHING. Now I am out $200 for the alternator, $200 for the mechanic and can’t get to work again tomorrow. FALSE ADVERTISING NO RESPONSENO HELP or REFUNDAVOID

The box it came in was damaged so I suspect it was a issue with the delivery. I contacted the seller and sent photos of the damage and they responded immediately. I got a replacement and I fitted it this morning. It looks great on my Subaru. I am very pleased with the appearance and quality, and the price is very affordable. What I am most happy about is the excellent customer service I received & I highly recommend this seller.
