Negligence from seller - open package with items missing (one Tray, Dairy pitcher and 2 Cups). Tea pitcher arrived broken. Pictures were taken and provided in my email to seller. Poor communication - asked for a refund and have not received a response, explanation, and apology (six days ongoing). I do not recommend seller and advise against purchases from this online store. These items have aesthetic value - a shame that the seller does not care about the results of their actions.
