This is really absurd. I wasted a month of my time. It turned out that the seller had no inventory and falsely shipped the goods. In the end, he couldn't hide it anymore and took the initiative to refund the money. How should I calculate the time cost? I suggest that eBay should really deal with this kind of sellers. We asked to contact us after you opening the case.
If we didn't refund or send it to you again with a tracking number in a few days, the eBay would've closed the case on your favor which would negatively affected us. We would've reshipped it to you. Things do get lost during the delivery time. There is nothing we can do. We always try to resolve the issue if there are any but sometimes it's hard to communicate through an open case because the time is limited.
