Old faucet repair solved!
It was an identical match to the previous handles, which were corroding. I wasn't sure if I would find a match - it was for one of those faucets, below the tub rim with a goose neck - no diverter, no shower head connection - so that indicates how old the faucet is. I don't know the manufacturer of the faucet, but possibly Central Brass. Very happy to find a solution and exact fit on the stems!
