      No good product, I ask for a refund and return ship label and I have not received anything at all, communication is no good

      In order for the buyer to either receive a refund or exchange the product, they needed to initiate a case on eBay for the return. However, since the buyer didn't open a return case, I wasn't able to provide them with the necessary label for return shipment or issue the refund. I communicated all of this to them through our email correspondence.
