Claimed it was cleaned then painted when it was just painted on top of the rust...Item was DOA with bad u-joint. Seller stopped responding. It works as it should after putting money into it when it was sold "In Working Condition". I would not recommend this seller. Is what it is though. Message me for chat logs :)
