This company is untrustworthy and lie they said a 3.8kg parcel was too heavy to send by Australia Post Australia Post wiegh limit is 22kg I only bought from them because they say they use Australia Post couriers don't deliver to my address I even clicked on Australia Post they sent it by courier which costed me $30 in fuel to collect my parcel pathetic company never going to deal with them again
