However, on notifying seller was asked to repack product in original packaging to return. A return label was emailed to me and a pickup by courier organized. The ladders were collected by courier, returned to seller and new ones re-sent to me within a few days. Could not fault this seller in any way. Great customer service all round. Thanks.

Arrived in decent condtion in retail blister pack packaging. This was a little bit of a miracle though as there was absolutely NO packaging at all. The label was just slapped on the blister pack. Note to the seller: Add a couple of dollars extra to the price and actually put the product in a box before shipping.
