earrings arrived, packed in an envelope only , with cardboard as protection, I took them out of the little zip lock bag and one front of an earring fell to the ground, it had detached from the backing part of the earring. Then when I went to pull the backing off the remaining earring the front came off it also. I took photos and sent to the seller, when the seller messaged back they had given me a full refund as I requested. So I would not recommend the product but can’t fault the seller.
