Poor print quality, although labeled as new, the shrink wrap had been opened. Some pages were not properly cut along the edges. This is what you might expect from an international version of a Pearson textbook. Nonetheless, it is still cheaper than purchasing the original version.

Every part of this transaction was bad. They didn't ship the books until I emailed them 20 days after they charged my account! I asked where the order was, then they decided it was time to ship the order. What I received was "new" damaged books. There was sticky stuff all over 2 of the series of 7 books. I'm wanting to return the books, but expect that experience will be equally bad.
