Great storage features.
Love the retractable cord for easy storage - no messy cord wrapped around the dryer. Also love that the handle folds and takes up less room in the vanity drawer or suitcase for travel. Even if left out on the vanity, it looks neat.

Does the job and convenient
I have used this hairdryer in the past and liked the fact that it has a collapsible handle making it great for storage purposes and travel. After many years the cord failed to retract easily and the handle didn't stay in it's open position, but since it lasted so many years, I wanted to replace the same product.

Packaging Damaged Severely
This was embarrassing to open. The box had been destroyed. I can only hope that the hair dryer continues to function. It may have been a factory second or some other lower quality item, but that should have been clear in the description.
