Seller then asked if I want a refund , I said no I want the item , next message seller refunds the item because the lie about sending the item. Avoid

They were very quick to respond but could not explain why the item had not been shipped, stating it had been collected by Aus Post. A full refund was provided, however I would of preferred the actual item that I needed by the estimated delivery day.
