Contacted seller which he was denying that he sent number 6 shade which isn't my shade and been using Napoleon on and off for 15 years as I worked for them for 5 years so I know my shade quite clearly. Seller accepted to exchange the shade 6 for a shade 5 when I recieved it today it was clearly used and looked really old and sticky. I know I sent the right item as I never had 6 ever. I also took a photo of the items prior to sending. Which clearly showed look 5 on both. Still I paid the return postage and postage to replace. Item sent was checked prior to sending due to the first issue..was definitely not used and from the same batch as the 5 she had. It wasn’t sticky or used. Can’t win with this one.
