Had one little hic-up in that my state doesn't charge sales tax on clothing but ebay added it to the order and I didn't notice. Contacted Refrigiwear and they took care of it right away. Great customer service. I've used them for a few years now and they sell really good cold weather products. I wore their jackets when working outdoors here in N.E. and now retired I got put on a blood thinner & am always cold.
