The seller is extremely rude and annoyed. She put the item into to auction. Maybe the price did not get what she expected. Then, she refused to delivery the item and simply let you waited a few weeks. Then, she refunded you the money. However, that's totally wasting our time. The item was being used for our family member to get recovery from injury. We actually expected to get it as soon as possible. If she does not want to sell it, why put it on eBay. Thats completely a shame on the seller.
