Took them like 8 business days after payment to ship, and no one responded to my ebay message to seller account. I was worried something happened to my item in inventory or they were going to cancel. The company is legit and major though so I never question authenticity from them. Overall, I was surprised at the lack of customer service for this transaction, but items were received as described with a great packaging job too. No problem this time.
