USPS said, a label was created but doesn’t show that package was ever received. Needless to say after 15 days I asked eBay for a refund, and received. Heard nothing from seller upon request of refund! So I can not say anything positive about seller as I only heard from them when I asked why tracking wasn’t showing any movement and them blaming USPS.
