The Item arrived faulty, after 4 messages from them, initially being told to try & fix myself, I was then told to go via Ebay to return, which I decided against this as the item was only £13 & would be very awkward to package due to size/shape (as it arrived wrapped in black parcel wrap, which I don't have) would not recommend and the after sales service was extremely poor. I did give the seller ample time to resolve but they chose not to.

Very speedy delivery and well packed.
They suit my HP printer I have. I'm hoping that the HP1022 lasts long enough to get the use out of the cartridges . I think I should have bought one at a time as refurbished are expensive.

poor quality cartridge
The printer cartridge didn't come in the original HP box. A part of the inner plastic package has been cut. Furthermore, the cartridge didn't print evenly; mixed of too light and too dark parts. I had to get another new printer cartridge in the end.

I was worried about the this repacked item. I didn't want ink clogging up my laser printer, as I use it to print 200 pages a month. I was happy to see the HP inner seal strip.
