Well packaged, very easy to assemble. Easy to alter height in several ways to suit the individual. A very sturdy walker while not appearing bulky, seat is very comfortable. Easily folded to put in the boot of a car. Good safety feature is the brakes, they can be used to slow down like a bicycle and they can also lock. Good sized wheels with reflective paper inserts on the front wheels. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I bought a rollator to take overseas with me in a few days. No probs with processing, shipping & delivery. But on unpacking, the seat was missing several cms of upholstery on one corner, exposing baseboard & padding, with slight damage to another corner. No assembly instructions either. I doubt the courier caused the damage, as the packing carton was intact. The seller was prompt and pleasant in his/her reply, but didn't offer any solution.
