Unfortunately they used the item incorrectly causing damage to the item- they used it with the legs up (safety sign on goods saying not to do this) causing the pins to get bent, which makes the legs get stuck, advised how to get the bent pins out but they then hammered/bashed the legs down against advice. 100s sold since 2016 not one other complaint.
