The best and most careful packaging up job for delicate items we've seen, created a shaped box to protect mug and handle really efficiently. FRAGILE written clearly on every surface of package. I bought something from this seller, slow to be posted, then it went missing. Trying to track the item it hadn’t left the warehouse. Nearly two months on I’m still trying to get this seller to refund me for the item I never received. Would not recommend you use this seller, they keep coming up with excuses, and very slow at communicating.

Apologies for the slow replies - I am and was working 7 days a week, until mid-March, so am not able to keep up with emails. Yodel, have finally got back to me to confirm they have indeed lost/cannot find your parcel anywhere, after conducting several "depot searches"... I am now trying to work out to get the refund activated from them as postage was bought via eBay Packlink and not directly with Yodel, so finding it difficult to follow up currently, but will let you know once they resolve it.
