I ordered the sour nerds whilst they were in stock, upon delivery of a package I opened them and tried them to my surprise they weren’t correct I contacted the seller about getting the correct ones delivered and got told they were out of stock and to send the others back as explained to the seller it would take more time and fuel for me to return the delivered items. They kept making the excuse the item was out of stock. The item should not have been displayed as available to buy. Poor seller.

This was a genuine mistake non sour Nerds were sent. By the time the buyer had contacted us we had sold the sour nerds in our shop. A full refund was offered including return postage. This was declined. I hope they enjoyed the packet they opened.
