Purchased this unit specifically because it allows use of SSD for storage. Unit I received did not accept SSD. Messaged seller, answered immediately, was very apologetic, offered to send another unit (No charge). I gladly accepted. Received replacement today, seller sent a complete kit, including cams and monitor!! I can't believe there are still sellers on here that go THIS far out of their way for customer satisfaction! I will DEFINITELY buy from this seller again! A+++++++!!!!!!! Thank you!!
