Seller did not honor to ship item and gave an excuse.

Hello, As I explained to you in our messages while you were being unreasonable, ebay changed something in their settings where we have to manually setup each item for shipping restrictions, whereas before it was all setup in a single place on the back end of this platform. This has to do with when they changed the global shiping program. Sorry, you cannot expect us to "honor" a $300.00 shipping charge on a $200.00 item due to a new setup we are just learning about.
