Got the seat belt back, but still had difficulty retracting. We took the pillar trim off to make sure nothing was not holding the belt back somehow. Put the trim back on and cleaned the belt loop attached to the pillar to make sure no left over oil build up from hands were present. Cleaned the webbing on the belt. Still lots of slack in the belt when unbuckled. I was offered to have the retractor looked at again, but the amount of turn around time and customer inconvenience does not work.

The new seat belt webbing is exactly as described and the service was exceptional. I ordered it January 27th and mailed my old seat belt assy. to them on January 28 th . They re webbed it and I had it back on February 6th ! and its as good as new . I messaged them when I first saw the add and their responce was immediate .Its nice to see a company now days with this kind of service . I would recommend them to every one !

Disappointed. Sent in for repair. Sent back. Installed. Did not retract. Sent back in for repair. Sent back. Installed. Did not retract. Called in and they told me that the unit was broken. That’s it. No call. No note in the box saying it couldn’t be repaired. Nothing. Disappointed to say the least. $90 service and shipping two times at $20 each time. $130. Ordered a new seatbelt from Toyota for $206 and will be here tomorrow.
