VERY CLOSE TO TRANSMISSION BOLT AND ONE OF THE FASTENERS IN THE FRONT PIPE SEATED IN THE WELDS BEFORE SEATING FLUSH WITH THE FLANGR, BUT THERE ARE NO EXHAUST LEAKS SO IT WORKS JUST FINE. They generally do the air in my area for 2 day air, but Illinois may be different. If I ship FedEx ground from the dealership I work at, it's guaranteed to sit there at least 5 days.
