    The seller needs to be more communicative and answer questions timely. I asked a question about the one of the pictures of earrings before purchase and was given wrong information. When I received the earrings, I had to repair them myself due to the flaw I had originally spotted in the picture. The seller was willing to accept the return if I wanted, but I decided to keep the earrings. Less snark and more communication would benefit this seller.

    HORRIBLE!!!! I had to fight for my $ back!! My expensive item never shipped forward out of PA (where the seller lives). She wouldn’t refund me after 3 weeks of no item & endless senseless messaging back & forth! The post office visits x3 were all the same news & they couldn’t even confirm if the seller really made a postal claim & the seller never provided me with that info either. It took greeting eBay involved, which is sad. I’ve been buying items off of eBay for years & have never this!
