Item was a solid pulp, but obviously overgraded (hint: insist on a back cover scan). Also the wrap around packaging for a $100+ item is not acceptable (it arrived thoroughly waterlogged, which is on the USPS); please use a box next time. To their credit, they did respond to my email and will address the issue with their shipping department.
