I received this new laptop..I opend it tested it..it said "error"it would not catch on to my wi-fi I took it to tca wireless they couldn't make it work it wouldnt catch on the library wi-fi either..so I askd if I could return it..they said "no since it's been opened and used(tested) it can't be returned" their ad say returns accepted by 25th they'll send me updates. I still can't get it to work they said if I return it theyll take 50% bc I opend/tested it..how else u gonna know if it works?
