    I was ripped off by this Seller and will think twice before ordering from eBay in the future. I wasn't paying attention to the details #1 she doesn't accept returns and #2 I assumed it was a regular size tube for the price and from thre photo. And I was ripped off on the shipping!

    I have reported this buyer for making false claims about me. The buyer wasn't paying attention to the details. First of all, I don't accept returns on cosmetic products. In addition, the photos and listing description showed the product exactly as it is - a 1.01 oz tube new without box and sealed. I've sold several of these with zero complaints. The buyer also claimed to be ripped off on shipping when they were charged the standard 4 oz ground advantage rate.

    Seller was responsive. I just moved, and I forgot to update my shipping address to denote my new address. Immediately after placing the order, I realized the shipping address was the old one. I reached out right after, requesting a cancellation, letting them know I will re-order as soon as it was cancelled, w/the correct shipping address. The seller was able to accomodate my request and I got my perfume. So appreciative.
