I received my item promptly after making payment. It was packaged quite well, so no potential shipping damage. Here's where it gets tricky: The documentation in the box and on the carrying case matched the label of the item provided in the ebay description, but not the item in the box. I contacted the seller and they immediately (within minutes) resolved the error to my satisfaction. Sad that the item was not precisely what I desired, but the Seller was great to deal with during resolution.
