The temperature in it does not last long enough, the inner surface is not easy to clean, the handles are short. Are you the manufacturer of this bag? Can I get in touch with the manufacturer? I have a concept in mind that would be groundbreaking in the delivery bag market. I got what I paid for. For less than £16, we cannot expect miracles. This bag is suitable for simply keeping warm food for no longer than 30 minutes.

Only the large bag has been used so far. It kept the food in a large saucepan secure during transport, and was still steaming hot when we arrived at the destination around an hour later. Very happy and am confident that the 2 smaller bags will have the same excellent performance.
